What is worship? Jesus, our master, teaches us that true worship is something we can only experience in spirit and in truth. Paul helps us further understand that our speaking, singing, thanking and submitting is worship that is sourced in the same Spirit that was in Jesus. Thus if we offer ourselves as living sacrifices as jesus did, i.e. experience being filled with the spirit, we can enter into true worship. Our gatherings have potential to be celebratory experiences rooted in God's supernatural ministry amongst us through the work of god's spirit. |
